Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://rosealldaymobilebarco.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Graduation Party Bartending, Private Event Bartending, Mobile Wedding Bartending provided by Rosé All Day Mobile Bar Co. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Rosé All Day Mobile Bar Co and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Rosé All Day Mobile Bar Co does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Rosé All Day Mobile Bar Co arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Rosé All Day Mobile Bar Co from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. MO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
